RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of the product, there are some special requirements in terms of return and exchange.

If you want to return

We will accept returns of full box unused in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes (if any). 

Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Dryinsta with the shipment tracking number.

 If you want to exchange

In the process of shipping to your receiving place, there is a small possibility of damage. But occasionally this happens, and you have to check the goods carefully at harvest time.

  If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. DHL, FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
  If the product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
  For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we require that you send us photographs via email within 24 hours, so that we can address and correct the situation.
    Please notify Dryinsta of any damages on the product or packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
